Jow true this is, it is impossible for someone who suffers with long term depression to explain what is happening, it is not logical and no-one can understand unless they have been through it themselves. Even then it is such a personal illness that true understanding is not going to happen because every one is individual and although a fellow sufferer can empathise there will always be that edge of doubt.
